Strange Tales of the West is a set of four Telegram Missions. It all starts with a letter from author Theodore Levin, which you can pick up at any Post Office or from your Camp Lockbox.

Halloween Pass 2 and outfits
The Halloween Pass 2 is back for a limited time, with its themed disguises, clothing and accessories. Halloween Masks and the returning limited-time clothing (Pelt Half Chaps, Tied Pants, Folwell Hat, Prieto Poncho) are sold at Madam Nazar's.
This month's community-inspired outfit, by Criggz628, is free from the Catalogue or participating Tailors, including a Leather Duster and a Worn Flop Hat.

10 Gold Bars off: the Naturalist Sample Kit, in other words the role itself.

How to make the most of it
- Start with Strange Tales of the West. It's the only 4X bonus, and all four missions launch from your Satchel once you have the letter. Perfect if you're new to Red Dead Online.
