Warzone modes: BR, Resurgence and Ranked

Warzone offers several modes with very different pacing. Here are the three main ones and how to choose.
Battle Royale
The classic mode: big map (Verdansk), lots of players, a single life (with the Gulag as a second chance), and a closing circle. Long, tactical games where positioning and rotations matter most. It's the flagship mode.
Resurgence
On smaller maps (Rebirth Island, Fortune's Keep…), you redeploy automatically as long as at least one teammate is alive. The result is a fast, aggressive pace, ideal for chaining fights and improving quickly.
Ranked
The competitive mode: tuned rules, loadout restrictions, and a tiered ranking (you climb or drop based on results). For those who want the serious, sweaty grind and to measure their level.
Which mode to pick?

- Like tension and tactics? → Battle Royale.
